The UR10 and UR15 memberships allow you to invite a +1 to every class. One credit will be deducted from your membership for each guest reservation, as long as you have enough unused credits for the current month. .

You can only reserve for your +1 at the time of booking on the App.

Ideal for topping up your needs for the current month if you’ve used all your credits. Top-up credits are only available for purchase to holders of a valid membership, at a price of 30 CHF per credit. Available exclusively on the app or directly at the studios.

Unused credits at the end of the month are automatically carried over to the next month. However, please note that roll-over credits not used during this additional month will be permanently lost.

Subscribers get early access to the schedule and can book their spot up to 10 days in advance, compared to 8 days for pack holders.

As with most membership services, the payment is processed each month on the anniversary date of your subscription. For example, if you sign up on September 16th, you will pay for the first month immediately, and the subsequent payments will be made on the 16th of each following month.

It is possible to suspend a membership only upon presentation of a medical certificate.

In the event of persistent non-payment despite several reminders, your account will be blocked. Urbanride also reserves the right to use the necessary legal means to recover the amounts due.

Your membership will be automatically renewed at the end of your initial commitment period. You can cancel this renewal by contacting us at least 7 days before the end of the initial period using a form that will be sent to you by email 30 days before the renewal date.
