This class combines the best of both worlds: invigorating music and a dynamic workout focused on power, strength and endurance. You can follow and measure your progress in real time or simply surrender and get carried away by the music. Either way you will come out having done an intense workout!
It is an intense class which focuses on movement, music, and our community. Our incredible coaches will take you on an immersive journey guided by the rhythm of the music all whilst reinforcing your endurance and uplifting your soul.
The PUNCH class is divided into 10 rounds. You alternate between boxing combos on bags and cross-training. cross-training is done on the floor or on benches with dumbbells. On the boxing side, participants perform combinations of punches on water-filled bags, which absorb shocks. Suitable for all levels.
